Q: What is a ONE Club card?
A: The ONE Club card is a guest loyalty card. Players use it to track their daily average play in order to receive discounts, offers & participate in promotions. The more you play, the more you are rewarded.
Q: Do I have to be a ONE Club member to participate in promotions?
A: Yes. According to company policy and governing commissions, you must be a ONE Club member to participate.
Q: What is the tier evaluation period?
A: Tiers are evaluated individually on a rolling 12 month period. If within the last 12 months, your tier points earned elevate you to the next tier, you will enjoy the benefits on your new tier for the next 12 months and that date of achievement is your new evaluation date to maintain your tier status or elevate to the next tier.
Q: What happens to my tier points after the tier evaluation period?
A: Tier points are evaluated on a 12 month rolling period. For example, on August 1st, 2016, your tier points for August 1st, 2015 are no longer evaluated towards your next tier goal.
Q: Do my Reward Dollars expire?
A: ONE Club Reward Dollars will only expire after 12 months of inactivity on any ONE Club account.
Q: How do I earn monthly Free Play offers?
A: Monthly offers are based on ONE Club members play in a 90 day history. Each member may receive different offers based on the category he/she has qualified for. Free Play & Dining Offers may change from month to month based on the member’s history of play.
Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my ONE Club account or monthly offers?
A: You may visit Guest Services at Circus Circus Reno, contact your gaming Host or call the Customer Service Center at 1-800-648-5010. For player account protection, we cannot look up account information via email or Facebook/Twitter requests.
