Chef Ivano Centemeri, Executive Chef of THE ROW, along with his team of experienced chefs, have designed several menus that elevate the traditional Thanksgiving meal with creations like a Turducken at La Strada and an Italian Sausage and Apple Dressing at The Buffet.
For a casual celebration, The Buffet at the Eldorado will prepare a bountiful, all-you-can-eat feast where traditionalists and gourmands will find exactly what they’re craving. The carving station will feature classics like maple glazed ham, garlic and rosemary leg of lamb and roasted prime rib of beef au jus. Guests will also find favorites like peel and eat shrimp and chilled crab legs plus tasty entrées like seared rock cod with herbs, olives and tomatoes, orange and cranberry glazed pork loin, grilled New York steak with peppercorn cream and the famed mushroom ravioli with porcini cream sauce. Thanksgiving dinner trimmings like buttermilk mashed potatoes, glazed sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows and traditional stuffing will bring the traditional Turkey Day feel to the buffet line. Homemade desserts courtesy of the Eldorado Bakery will round out the meal with assorted pastries, cakes and pies including pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate cream pie, house made gelato warm bread pudding with whiskey sauce. An unforgettable experience awaits at Roxy, where in addition to the regular menu, a special three-course Thanksgiving dinner and wine pairing will be served beginning with the choice of an earthy mix of Belgium endive, opal apples, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and a white balsamic dressing paired with Ferrari-Carano Dry Sangiovesé Rose or butternut squash bisque with roasted pear, black truffle and piave cheese complimented by a Ferrari-Carano Tré Terre Chardonnay. The entree is a roasted Diestel turkey with creamy mashed potatoes, haricot verts and Fall fruit stuffing with a Ferrari-Carano Pinot Noir. For dessert, an elegant pumpkin mousse tart with walnut praline, ginger/bourbon Chantilly and maple caramel apple compote paired with a glass of Michele Chiarlo, Nivole. Dinner is served starting at 3 p.m. and is $46 per person plus an additional $25 for diners who wish to imbibe in the wine pairing.
Chef Massimo Riggio adds his signature Italian flair to Thanksgiving at La Strada for $46 per person starting at 3 p.m. with an additional wine pairing available for $25. To start, guests will choose between a chopped fall salad with Belgium endive, radicchio, artisan romaine, red and golden roasted beets, pecans, duck prosciutto and apple cider dressing or cream of kabocha squash soup with brie cheese. The fall salad is paired with Ferrari-Carano Dry Sangiovesé Rose and the soup with a Chateau Ste. Michele Eroica Reisling. For the entrée, diners will have two choices, one of which is the Roasted Turducken, a chicken stuffed into a duck stuffed into a turkey, with chestnut stuffing, roasted smashed potatoes, Tuscan herbs gravy and cranberry sauce. The other entrée is a roasted quail with Swiss chard risotto, stracchino cheese and Venetian stuffing. Both entrees are paired with a Ferrari-Carano Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. For dolce, or dessert, a traditional Italian chocolate “bonet” budino with Ferrari-Carano Eldorado Noir.
The Brew Brothers opens its doors this Thanksgiving at 11 a.m. with a three course meal for $21.95 which includes a house garden salad or fresh soup of the day, herb roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, stout apple stuffing, Fall vegetable medley and choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie.
Millie’s24 will also serve a Thanksgiving dinner for $21.95 from 11 a.m. which includes choice of soup of the day or house garden salad, roasted turkey with cornbread stuffing, candied yams with marshmallows, green beans, cranberry relish and choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie for dessert.
Silver Legacy Dining
A special Thanksgiving buffet will be set up inside the Silver Baron Ballrooms at Silver Legacy where guests can delight their senses with an irresistible array of taste sensations. In addition to traditional Thanksgiving foods, Included in this feast are peel and eat shrimp, butternut squash raviolis with pecan sage butter, butternut squash and parmesan gratin, brown sugar and bacon Brussel sprouts and roasted salmon with tomato basil relish. Carving station will include brown sugar and bourbon turkey breast, garlic and rosemary crusted leg of lamb, roasted prime rib of beef and maple glazed ham. A symphony of sweets, treats and frivolities including pastries, cakes, pies and fresh baked cookies complete the spectacular meal. Served 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., adults are $32.99 and children four to ten are $15.99. For ONE Club members, Chairman and President are $27.99, Silver $28.99 and Gold $29.99.
Pearl Oyster Bar and Café Central, which offers casual dining, an open atmosphere and qualitied cuisine will serve a prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner that covers all the tastes of tradition and begins with a choice of butternut squash bisque or seasonal field greens. For the entrée, roasted turkey with apple sage dressing, creamy mashed potatoes, turkey giblet gravy, candied sweet potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables completed with a choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie for $21.95.
